I thought it would "reduce friction" as it says, but it makes my skin sticky. I thought it would make the skin a little smoother like maybe a powdery feel, but it doesn't. I will just sprinkle some powder in the future if need be. He was using the Body Glide brand (double the money) I bought this one in hopes to save some money. He reports that it works great.
