The Taste of Goodness® What is good taste? For most people taste is simply a matter of flavor. We believe that the taste of goodness is about making conscious and thoughtful decisions about foods we eat, the planet we share and the people we work with every day.
The Wisdom of the Ancients Rediscovered Grown in Mexico, Chia was a diet staple of the Aztecs and Mayans. The seed's nutrients provided sustained energy during long hunts and had numerous medicinal benefits. Revered by the people, Chia was often used in religious ceremonies which led to its ban by the Spanish during their conquest of the region.
Today we know that chia is a nutritional powerhouse with a lengthy list of health benefits. It is a valuable source of Alpha-Linolenic Acid (ALA), an Omega-3 essential fatty acid that supports normal cardiovascular function and fiber which helps support normal functioning of the digestive tract and lipids within normal levels.* Chia seeds are easily digestible and do not need to be ground. With its versatility and mild, nutty flavor, Chia is a great addition to any diet.

I love an easy to use and fun product that I can feel good about taking and giving my family. Making a "pudding" by soaking overnight in the fridge with Almond Breeze and fresh fruit, or adding to my morning smoothie is super easy.
This product is basically tasteless when added to salads, yogurt, etc., but is definitely not meant to be snacked on alone. It is a great source of fiber and Omega-3's & is very high in antioxidants. I will definitely purchase again.

I use it whenever I eat yogurt because I had heard to use it with liquid and give it time to soften. I like the chewiness and it still has a bit of crunch to it. I think it would be good in my cereal and I also like that it is so satisfying.

This was my first time trying chia seeds. It's tastless, so I add ultima or gatorade powder. The consistency doesn't bother me. It fills me up so I feel full sooner eating food. I'll definitely buy this again.
