Love this. I think it's the healthy kind of cocoa and no sweeteners with little bits of dark chocolate. I throw it in whole wheat cereal with some sweetener. I think dark cacao is supposed to have really healthy properties to it and this is really good.

Being diabetic, it's difficult to find Quality/Organic cocoa or hot chocolate that isn't loaded with sugar or fake sugar or hydrogenated oils or alkali, which reduces it's antioxidant properties. Many unsweetened one's that I have tried are horrible tasting too! This is really delicious, & if I want to sweeten it, I just add some Stevia or Xylitol.

We recommend slowly heating one cup of milk or milk alternative on the stovetop while stirring continually until hot. When vapors rise the milk will be at its most receptive to accept chocolate into its embrace. Whisk in 4 tablespoons of our unsweeetened drinking chocolate and pour into your favorite mug.
