We used to LOVE this toothbrush and had all three of our kids using it. Unfortunately, they changed the style and who knows what else and now it is just a battery drainer. The old version of this toothbrush would last around 2 months before needing new batteries. Since we switch them out every 6 months, we'd only change the batteries once or twice.
Now, the batteries drain after 1-2 weeks!!! It seems like we blink and they need new batteries again. We have not found a good alternative yet but think any buyer should be aware of this new product design defect.
I will say that the addition of a cap for the toothbrush was a good change, particularly for traveling and sleep-overs but it isn't worth the battery drain.

This toothbrush is perfect for my grandchildren, fits in their mouths and cleans great ... highly recommend this toothbrush!!!
