Fabulous staying power and serious color punch for your eyes! Tenacious Teal is a fabulous bright blue. If you use a small eye brush or wand to apply, it can work as an accent or a liner too!

I recommend using a primer before the shadow if it gets near the crease area; it will last a few hours but longer with primer. Lovely thick cream consistency and hasn't dried up since I purchased months ago! One can last practically a year, a little goes a long way.

I bought this because I LOVED the color in the magazine ads--and the color does not disappoint! It's a vibrant, jewel-like, peacock hue.

I haven't used it as a shadow, though--I like it as a liner. That requires the use of a liner brush.(for a cheap one, check out the E.L.F. items in your local grocer--mine has them for $1)

The color goes on smoothly enough (as a liner), although it works better if you gently pull your eyelid taut. I usually use it from the inner corner of the upper lid to almost the right side of my iris, switching to a brown or black liner to go to the outer corner. I also have used it under my eye, but not at the same time as on the upper lid.

The product is creamy, and be aware--the container is GLASS with a metal twist-on lid.
