I seriously love this stuff! I didn't think anything would work to remove the yellowish stains on my teeth, but after giving this a go, my teeth visibly looks whiter and brighter! Keep in mind that since I had badly stained teeth, so I left the product for 20 minutes before I rinsed it out. But after doing that, my teeth became a shade lighter! The only con I have is the taste. Some people don't mind it, but for me, it's awful! But I will bear through it, because this stuff seriously works! I even have really sensitive teeth, and this didn't trigger any sensitivity at all. I'm going to keep buying and using this stuff forever!

I use twice weekly for abot 10 minutes each time and that works great for me. I have used this for a long time and the only problem I had once is that the tube I had liquified. Drugstore.com propmtly sent me a replacement. I will use this product as long as it is sold. I have tried dozens of these whiteners which were much more expensive and none worked as well as Plus White.

Instead of buying the whole set with the mouth tray and pre-whitening mouth rinse, I bought this gel and a sport mouth guard and it works the same for less. I have used this for about a week now. It hasn't done enough to see a difference in my teeth color. And a lot of people say they see a difference in the first use. I will still continue to use it though and see if it makes a difference. It does burn when I accidently get it on my gums. It is kind of annoying when using this though, because it is hard to spit with the gel on your teeth even though I got the single sport mouth guards. The whole set comes with a double mouth guard which I imagine to be even harder to spit without getting any on the teeth and washing away the gel. I have read many reviews everywhere about this being a great product, but from my experiences it wasn't great.

I've been using this product for years. I've also bought it when it had turned to liquid. If you get a tube that's liquid - return it as that's not what the product really is and something untoward has caused it to change. I also think that the manufacturer has changed the ingredients recently as this tube doesn't seem to foam up like previous ones do. It still works and is actually 'more user friendly' as it doesn't seem to be as strong. You just need to do it more than once a week for best results. It also works best with a 'tray' if you have them. My son uses it just out of the tube and rubs it on his teeth and lets it do it's job. He has the whitest teeth and looks great.

I've tried other over-the-counter teeth whiteners and have been disappointed. This product works for me so well that my dentist has commented on my whiter teeth. He knew I hadn't had whitening done in his office so he was curious what I used. He was surprised that it was an over-the-counter product. It's easy to use and not expensive. Even my 19-year old daughter uses it and loves it.
With a cotton swab: Apply the bleaching gel onto a cotton swab and dab onto the entire surface of each too you wish to whiten.
With a mouth tray: Fill mouth tray as shown on package illustration. Gently place tray over teeth and close mouth. Follow directions included with your preferred mouth tray.
With your toothbrush: Apply the bleaching gel on your toothbrush and with the toothbrush gently dab the gel onto the surface of your teeth. Wait 5 minutes for the bleaching action to begin. Then, brush for thorough teeth whitening and cleaning.
Choose one of the above bleaching application methods to apply gel to the surface of the teeth you wish to whiten.
Important: Wipe off excess gel from your gums or any other area other than your teeth. Leave on for 5 minutes for regular whitening. For badly stained or yellow teeth, allow 15-20 minutes. Do not use consecutively for more than 14 days. Immediately after the desired time is reached, rinse the gel from mouth with cool water. Wash hands with soap and water after whitening process.
For best results: Use twice daily for two weeks. The whitening process begins with the very application. After the second week, use once or twice a week, or as needed to maintain the white shade you have achieved. Store whitening gel in a cool, dry place and keep away from sunlight and excessive heat.
