Do not use in one's nose! Do not use on others! Do not use on children! If pain or discomfort results, discontinue use! Misuse of this or any cotton swab product could cause serious injury which could include pain, infection or loss of hearing! Use only as directed! Keep out of reach of children!
They should have used a softer plastic to make these, they scratch and hurt my ears when I try to use them. Running them under hot water prior to use didn't help. Since both sides, the brush and cup, are a hard plastic they are ineffective because you can't use enough force to scrape the ear wax without being in pain. I threw them away, a waste of money.
Our two year old grandson produces too much ear wax so I purchased this item to try to alleviate some of the problem. If it works well I will get some for my 89 year father who has the same problem and it keeps clogging his hearing aids up. Maybe this will help with that.
I use Clinere Ear Cleaners daily. I usually have an ear cleaning at the doctors office twice a year. The ear wax build up gets so bad, it feels like I have a headset on with excellent noise canceling ability. Since using this product for six months, my ears are clear. I also don't have to use any other ear care product. Love this! I would highly recommand!

After years of twice-yearly infection brought on by weird accumulations of ear wax and dry skin flakes, I am ear-infection free for about 5 years since using these.
As I have aged, I have had a problem with too much ear wax production. Using q-tips only made the problem worse. These have really helped me clear out the wax, as well as relieving some of the itching that comes along with it. The only draw back is the brush end is pretty stiff bristled. I put it under hot water before I use it, which helps.
I was glad to find these thinking they would be similar to what my pediatrician uses. They are pretty hard and scratchy so my daughter won't let me use them
For cleaning the "entrance only" to the ear canal and the outer ear! Do not enter the ear canal! When using Clinere Ear Cleaners for the first time, use them lightly and as softly as possible until familiar with their use! Use the "spoon end" to "gently" scoop earwax or ear debris from the entrance only to the ear canal and the outer surfaces of the ear! Do not enter the ear canal! The opposite flexible "finned end" can be used to scrape clean and exfoliate the outer skin surfaces of the ear and when needed deliver relief from ear itching! For an added "feeling of comfort" dip in warm water before use! After use, dispose of properly. Note: Even though this product has been designed to be more flexible and collapsible than the common cotton swab, if misused this product is not injury free! Directions and warning must be observed!
