Shake well before using.  Hold can 6 to 12 inches from unheated cooking surface and spray until coated.  Do not refrigerate.  Medium heat, up to 325°F:  Different oils have different uses, and each performs best within a certain range of temperatures.  This oil is best for sauteing at medium heat where the oil's full flavor is intended as an integral part of the finished dish.
