If you're looking for a quick boost of energy then this is not your product. This provides a lasting energy throughout the day, not a quick caffeine-like boost that ends just as quick as it started.
I do a lot of bicycle riding. I used to get tired late in the day after going out for 3 hour ride. Now I'm no longer falling asleep by late afternoon. I didn't really notice the difference until I realized I wasn't tired like I usually was.

I read that small amounts of wheatgrass daily is beneficial to health and since it's not practical for me to get the juice bar every day for a fresh wheatgrass shot, this is a good alternative. It's a small shot, I just drink it cold & fast and it's just fine.

I was surprised to find out that this product works very well for constipation.
Pour 1 ounce out of the bottle into a small glass of juice every morning (refrigerate the remaining amt until needed) to stay regular. Works better than any other product I've tried. It's natural with no side affects. Since it's in juice, you can't detect the awful taste.
I have not notice any other health benefit.

This tasted awful and did not give me a noticeable boost. I'm not sure if it would taste better refridgerated, but it definitely was not good at room temperater.
