This product is one that me and my daughter both use with great stabilizing of asthma symptoms. It must be taken for about a week to build up the product in your system. Then continue taking twice per day per the instructions. I must note that we also use vitamin supplements including Essential Fatty Acids (EFA) and Selenium supplements combined with physical exercise and enjoy a very controlled asthmatic health.
