This was a fantastic find! I had the older Medela bottles that worked only with the narrow nipples so I had to convert them instead of buying all new bottles. This item was a godsend!

It would really be better if the product contained 4 of each part so that I don't have an odd number of parts to bottles ratio. Other than that it's great!

Well, this is your only option if you lose or break any collars. I wish you could just buy the collars instead of having to buy the whole kit, but, apparently, Medela does not view that as a useful option.
