I received a sample of this oil in an ipsy subscription bag once and I absolutely loved it. It made my hair so incredibly soft and manageable. It also smells really good.

I use this product 2 or 3 times a week and I love how it makes my hair feel and it is more manageable. It smells wonderful and makes my hair shinny and look very clean and healthy.

I just put it on and my hair went ahhhhh. I may have gone nuts and sprayed on double the recommended sprays, but I just loved the smell, and it seemed to absorb quickly. All flyaways and dry ends have calmed down. I will see how things look after my next wash tomorrow morning, but so far, thumbs up.

This product is AMAZING! (I don't understand the reviewer who said this smells fishy. It has a very light, pleasing smell...nothing fishy about it and it's so light it doesn't stay in your hair anyway. The smell of your shampoo/conditioner is what remains. Perhaps they've changed the formula since that person wrote their review)

I've always had thick, healthy hair but due to a change in routine (daily swimming) my hair became extremely dry and damaged. I also color my hair which only exacerbated matters. It got so bad, I could barely get a brush through it! I was desperate. I started googling hair care products for dry and damaged hair and came up with a "best of" list. I bought every product on the list. While on that aisle, I happened to see this product and threw it in the basket too. WOW, out of all the other products I bought (about 10), at ALL different price points, this was one of the two that actually worked. The other product that worked was a conditioner. I probably shouldn't advertise it on this review (it has a kangaroo on the label though) :)~

Use whatever shampoo you like. Personally, I think the shampoo matters less than your conditioner and leave-in products. I also learned that price is IRRELEVANT! The 2 products I liked best were the cheapest. Some were almost $20! They were garbage. Save your money. This oil is the perfect finish to your hair care routine. I use 3-4 drops and my hair is very thick and halfway down my back. Probably 1-2 drops would suffice for the average person. It's very important not to use too much product or you will have a bad result. A little goes a VERY long way. Put it in your hands, rub them together, then very lightly touch the outside of your hair....start at the bottom and work your way up. Then start gliding your hands through your hair.

You can use this product wet or dry but I find the results are FAR superior when used on freshly blown dry hair.

Sorry for the superlong review but since I've tried SOOO many products in my quest for repairing my damaged, tangled mess of a situation, and this little-known (at least to me) product, at such a reasonable price, had such remarkable results, I felt a detailed explanation was fitting.

Use after shampooing my hair (grey) to soften and add shine. It's easy to apply from scalp to ends to minimize frizz. I have not used it long enough to be critical. It has no smell to me. I use a dap on my face to prevent wrinkles too.
