I'm not convinced that these little gummy like chews are as good as some other traditional vitamins. I think my last brand was either Nature Made or Now. Bottom line, I easily forget to take my daily vitamin but I'm always looking for little sweet treats that won't put weight on me. I do have a sweet tooth but can't let it get the better of me. I enjoy chewing on two of these in the afternoon or evening so some days I take a "big girl" vitamins and some days I let the child in me out....lol.
At first the taste was just a tad off putting...more the after taste I think but no big deal at all. Within a few days I became accustomed to them and now just consider them tasty little fruity treats.

No matter how many times I try something new these multi's are always the ones I tend to come back to. I love that they are gummy, and tasty and they are easy on my stomach even if I don't eat something beforehand. I love these.

They are my choice of daily vitamin. They are a little rubbery! You have your B12 Extra Strength formula perfected...they taste good and are not like rubber! If you could get the rest of your vitamins that good it would be wonderful! But as it is your brand is still better that some of the other brands!

I have trouble swallowing pills so these worked great for me. They taste great, but are very stuck together. Plan on taking some time to break them apart.

Well bc it is vitamin so i can hardly see the advantages but it tases good and i think it will provide vitamins in some ways so i will continue buying and using it.

I personally take so many medications I needed something chewable. I tried other chewable vitamins but wanted something with no aftertaste yet tasted good and worked. The only con I feel is the fact that they stick together and are very hard to get out of the container. The container needs to have a larger mouth.
