This thing is great. I sprained my ankle and broke two of my toes and used an Ace bandage to wrap my foot. The bandage was great but bulky and hard to fit in my shoes. I got this and it's no thicker than an average sock. It works great and helped heal my foot in 2 weeks.
Note, for some reason the manufacturer sizes by shoe size but size up if your foot is normal to wide width.

I bought this after having sprained my ankle and foot. It was amazing! Easy to slip on my sore foot. Easy to wear with shoes. Very comfortable. Great support. Reduced swelling. Stabilized my ankle and foot. Wash with a little mild soap and air dry.
I plan to wear it hiking or walking long distances. I am going to purchase a second one so I have a pair for stability in my ankles and feet when doing strenuous activity or on uneven terrain. I have arthritis in my feet and this makes them feel much better. I am more stable and confident wearing them.
My husband asked me to get him a pair for Christmas. They feel good for arch support. Not uncomfortable in any way.
