I clean my face with it and a cotton pad. I have dry skin and don't have to use water. I hate products that you have to keep splashing water on your face to get them off. This is simple, clean, easy, gentle. I'm addicted to it. If I don't have it I don't know how to wash my face!

I really like this toner. It's refreshing and helps to remove makeup and leave your skin feeling clean. I use it once a day at night and it has been refreshing and non-drying. It has a pleasant smell and makes my skin feel soft and not that usual tight feeling I've gotten from other toners. I'd recommend this toner!

I use this after I've cleaned my face with Cetaphil. It's a gentle toner that does not irritate my sometimes sensitive skin. Although it doesn't leave my skin "tingly" it is effective in wiping away makeup and dirt.

This is not half as good as L'Oreal's Ideal Balance Pore Clarifying Toner which is getting harder to find. The Ideal Balance has a lovely light smell and a touch of alcohol which is important. I won't buy Hydra Fresh again.
