I realized I needed this when I would keep my a/c in the window way past the useful season just so I could have the white noise. I now can't sleep without it- I vacation and the first thing I pack is this.

Great Machine. I was actually looking to buy one of these but with 2 speeds. I'm not sure wether the second speed makes any difference. I miatakingly purchased this one because of the price. This appears to be same as I have seen in doctor's offices and sleep labs.It is also used for privacy at check in and out. It gets plenty l;oud and helps me to sleep faster and more sound.This is mechanical and not a digital rendering. I look forward to many years of service.

now my husband and i can dream of sugar plums because my snoring is drowned out and he doesnt wake me. His ringing in the ears doesnt keep him awake. I dont miss the crickets he use to listen too. This is a great product for those that need a sleep aid. Also is is very affordable here.
