I really like this Conair Instant Heat Ceramic Rollers unit. I like that this unit has several heat settings for the rollers and I love the retractable cord (that is a plus). I have owned other units and I like this one the best. It is gentle on the hair and gives gentle curls. I am working with various hair products to make the curl a little stronger and last for more than one day. It really heats up fast and easy to handle the curlers when hot. The roller clamps are very easy to use and they do not leave marks in the hair. It leaves the hair beautiful and shiny.

Conair did it right! this is a replacement set for a Conair set that I had for about 17 years and the only reason I replaced my set is because I beat it up ...it still worked . this is set seems to be made just as well and I am sure I will get many years out of it, Heats quick , gentle on your hair and perfect wavy curls.

I needed hot rollers with multiple sizes so I went for this pack. They're perfect for everyday use. My straight hair curls perfectly with these. I have been using the set for 2 years with no problems. I also love the clips because they hold the rollers in place. Unfortunately, the clips do dent my fine hair a bit.

The clips were easy to use and kept curlers in place. (unlike complaints I read in other reviews) However, I found the curls last longer in my hair when I use a curling iron vs. the heat curlers. Not sure if I let the system heat up long enough, but the dot on curler changed colors as the instructions said when it was ready to use. I also found my hair to be a little static even after letting my hair cool prior to styling with a pick.

I have had rollers that used similar clips and they imprinted my hair with ridges, but the ones for this set of rollers don't do that, which I am super thankful for!

I have bobbed hair, so the bigger two sizes of rollers aren't much use to me, but I believe the manual said you could order more of the smaller size rollers, which I plan to do.

I tried these on my hair when it had been washed the day before and used mousse before and hair spray after and the curls mostly lasted all day. I tried them again on freshly washed hair, without mousse, and got less desirable results, but that's to be expected. I ended up putting my hair back because the curls weren't, well, curly enough. So, mousse it is from now on. :)

I also love the Argan oil that was included with the rollers. I'm not crazy about its smell, but it's not very fragrant, so it doesn't bother me much. When I run out of it, I'll just buy another brand of Moroccan oil that smells better. It does help detangle my hair and makes it shinier and softer.

I typically use a steam roller system, but the Ionic setting does this rapid 'clicking' noise and it gives my husband a raging head ache almost every time I use it. So, I used these yesterday instead. I was a little hesitant to give up my precious steam rollers routine (it's an old standby and works EVERY time) but I must say that these curlers did a great job and provided my hair with lots of fun curls and waves that lasted all day. I will gladly be using these frequently. They were not difficult to put in OR take out (no tangles, or hot curlers stuck halfway up my length of hair.)
