Old dependable. I use this at the first sign of oncoming migraine or tension headache before I reach for the meds. Very often, this alone does the trick. Very soothing to wear going to sleep. My teenage kids now ask for one if they're feeling feverish or headachy; these are safe and I have no problem with the kids using them. Always keep a bunch in my medicine cabinet.

My favorite way to use these is to keep them chilled in the refrigerator. Although they are already cool even when stored in my medicine cabinet, I find that being chilled when using them, provides a much quicker soothing relief for me upon use as needed for migraine pain. I usually apply one to the back of my neck and one to my forehead then lay down for a bit when I have a head ache. These have helped me so much and I am so happy I discovered them on here. I now keep these in stock as I would milk and bread. Love them!!!

I use it for migraines. It especially helps to get you through the period before your meds kick in. It can also keep you from needing meds or at least lengthen the time before you need them. They can be re-used if you put them back in the pack, but they are not quite as strong on the 2nd use.

Works. Wife swears by it.

These are utterly worthless. Even if they stayed in place and on the skin (which they don't), they are not cooling enough to provide relief. Frankly, if I have a migraine (even if these were cool enough), I would not want a headband around my head to try and hold these in place.

I have used migraine ice for several years. It used to stick better and last longer - but it is still a great product. I have daily, 24 hour headaches. I keep these in the fridge so they are SUPER cold when I put them on. I sleep with one every night and usually will wear one during the day when I'm home - it keeps the fatigue away while fighting through the day.

During a migraine, have you ever thought to yourself, "If I could just get half of my forehead to stop hurting, I'd be OK enough to function." Well, this does it. The only drawback is that it doesn't stick as well as the older version--Migraine Ice--stuck, so you sometimes find that half is falling off your forehead. Great for getting you thru until the meds kick in, too.
