This is a great product; it meets my needs perfectly. It can easily fit in the ear canal when you roll it into a narrow plug in-between your hands and then put it into the ear (it will expand and conform to your ear canal). Also, you need to gently pull the top of your ear up and then back before you insert the narrowed plug; this helps putting the plug as far as you want into the canal so it won't stick out and look odd. The one feature that I really like is that it WON'T block out a sudden, loud noise (like a fire alarm). I make sure my phone is turned off, as that sound will get through as well.

This product was great -- except they're very large, so they stuck out of my ears and looked silly. They'd be fine under a helmet or in bed at night. They're very good at keeping the noise level low!

We have a small, four-seater airplane, which we use to fly to the Coast, and usually I wear a typical headset to keep out airplane noise. I decided to try out the Flent's ear plugs, instead. They're really easy to use. I just squish them and put them into my ears, and basically they form to the shape of my ear. They kept the noise down pretty well. They're nice because they're lightweight and easy to carry. I also used them to see if I could drown out for a few minutes the sound of my newborn baby crying. They definitely passed the test!! I'd recommend these earplugs to anyone who likes to sleep on airplanes when travelling. Very handy little items to have!!

The Flents Quiet! Please Foam Ear Plugs worked out very well. I used them while mowing the lawn, and they performed just as well as the ear plugs I've been using in the past. They're comfortable to wear, and stayed in place. I also used them while in a noisy factory, and they effectively blocked out most of the noise. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for hearing protection.

Flents Quiet! Please - Foam Ear Plugs worked fairly well for filtering background noise while studying, but didn't seem to be that effective against loud noises -- concerts and grass mowing. On the plus side, they work for a variety of ear shapes.

I'd definitely recommend this product over the only other kind of ear plugs I've used. These are far better than that type like Silly Putty that I have to squish around and then jam into my ear like chewed-up gum. I always thought there was something vaguely distasteful about that. These earplugs, however, were foamy and comfortable, and blocked out (at least for me) ambient noise.
