After trying this powder, I've gone back to aerosol dry shampoo. This was messy, and dried my hair out terribly! I was hoping for something gentle, but this was very harsh on my hair. It does wash out well, though.

I have tried probably 6-7 dry shampoos in the last year, and this is my favorite so far. It's the first dry shampoo I'll be buying more than once!

PROS:
* NO smell! Hallelujah!
* Effective lift
* Does just what I want - gives my flat/slightly greasy hair volume & a slightly matte look

CONS:
* Fine line between using enough & too much.
* Makes hair feel very rough, gritty, especially if worn all day (looks good, but not romantically-touchable)

I use this product to extend the time that I would normally need to shampoo by 2 days. Thus, leaving my highlights and low lights intact and less fading from frequent shampooing. (normally I would need to shampoo every two days). Acure dry shampoo is effective, very easy to use and SAFE. I researched many products before purchasing this, I did not want a dry shampoo that contained aluminum. I did not want any product that may compromise my health via inhalation or through my scalp. The best price is offered by Drugstore.com.

I have tried several brands of dry shampoo, and this works as well or better for me than others. The best thing about this product, for me, is that it does not have a heavy, perfumed scent. It is also a powder rather than a spray. Really pleased so far!

I've used this product for a couple weeks now and am VERY happy with the results. I have dark hair and find that many dry shampoos make my hair look dull or leave a powdery residue. The Acure dry shampoo is very effective for my oily hair and I am able to use it for 2 consecutive days with NO powder build up at all.

I am so happy I came across this product. Being very sensitive to scents, I was thrilled to find this is dry shampoo has no scent. Works well on my daughter's oily hair. They only thing I would request is to keep the same formula but in colors.

This is really no better or worse than all the other dry shampoos I have tried. Only useful in an emergency as it leaves a lot of residue which takes a lot of time to brush/towel off.
