I love this shampoo. I have long thick dark blonde hair and for years I've struggled to find a shampoo that would be very gentle yet thoroughly clean my thick locks. Even the first time I used this shampoo I noticed a huge improvement. My hair felt softer, looked smoother and shiner, and smelled great. Highly recommend!

I'm disappointed at the previous reviews. I've been using this product for the past year and I absolutely love it. In fact, I only use the shampoo and no longer need conditioner. The shampoo smells amazing and my straight thin hair finally has some volume. I blow dry my hair and the shampoo seems to keep my hair from damaging. I tried a bunch of brands such as paul mitchell, aussie, pantene, tresemme, and garnier fructise, dove, herbal essence, L'Oreal, suave and john frieda. The only one that doesn't make my hair greasy is Clear total care. I don't have dandruff so I cannot say if the product gets rid of it.

This shampoo is WAY thicker than I was expecting it to be. I find it extremely hard to rinse out completely, which seems to create more buildup and dry flakes on my scalp. I have yet to find a shampoo that takes care of the dandruff I have.

I purchased this product to remove occassional hair product build up--i do not usually have a very bad problem with dandruff. However, after using THIS shampoo my hair is the flakiest mess it has been in YEARS. I have not seen anything like it. I will from time to time use head and shoulders, which works great, but this was cheaper so I thought I would try it. I would stay away from the product, they should pull it from the shelves.
This is the first product review i have written on Drugstore.com, and that is how strongly I feel about how horrible this shampoo is. It CAUSED dandruff, absolutely terrible. Third time I used it and now I know why my scalp looks this bad.

After using this shampoo 1 - 2 times a week for 4 weeks, I noticed that after every use my hair got greasy and my scalp itchy after only 1 or 2 days. This shampoo did not help with dandruff control but instead seemed to add build-up to my scalp. yuck!
