After trying many pads I found this one meets my needs best. It is long enough, covers well, stays in place and it has enough absorbency to help when accidents happen.

I've been using these for almost a year. I have MS and sometimes can't get to the loo in time and so I leak a little (1-2 T. normally). These pads absorb that quickly with no problems. But if I have three accidents like that I have to change the pad -- as it's heavy feeling (ew). So they work and leakage isn't a problem. But I'm just not completely satisfied with them and plan to keep trying other brands. I try to be frugal and make a pad last 24 hours. While these pads are FAR better than period pads and the Poise Thin Shape pads they still don't keep me feeling dry down there. I find that "muggy" feeling very unpleasant.

I found Poise works the best for me. Having them dropped off at my door 2 days after ordering is fantastic. Yesterday I suggested to my grown daughter to use drugstore.com for any of her needs and she put an order in. Great convenient way to shop!

I couldn't do without this product, and the moderate, regular size is just right. I have tried larger and more absorbent sizes and found them bulky and uncomfortable. For daily use (and sometimes at night), these are perfect.
