My family uses only safe, physical sunscreens of zinc oxide or titanium dioxide. Although my favorite sunscreen to use on my child is UV Natural, it is too expensive and much to oily for my own adult use. This Kiss My Face non-chemical sunblock is easier to spread than California Baby and smells a lot better than Avalon Baby natural sunscreen. Unlike Badger SPF30 that is greasy and thick, the Kiss My Face sunblock spreads easily and feels matte even on my oily skin. It's sun protection has held up well after we've played in the ocean. The physical sunblock ingredients go on white so you can see where you're covering then soak into the skin well, leaving only a very subtle residue. I'm relieved after researching and purchasing many different natural products to find affordable, effective alternatives to my old, unhealthy ones. I'm quite pleased with this product because my entire family can use it for lasting sun protection without blowing our budget.

My family all have fair-sensitive skin-my youngest son being the worst with ezcema. His dermatologist reccommended this sunscreen for all types of use-everyday, beach, pool, etc. It does a fabulous job! We used it all day at a waterpark and not one of us got sunburned! The consistency of the product takes some getting used to, but it is worth it. It feels like it is protecting you! Plus, I don't feel like I have to wash it off right away after coming inside. This product is very difficult to spread. In my opinion, this is not recommended for facial use as it would tug at the delicate facial skin too much. The smell is quite bad - like rubber/chemical-like smell.

As far as sun protection goes... excellent! It is a bit thick, but just rub, rub, rub it in! Great protection!

This is one of very few sunscreens left that uses nothing but titanium dioxide as a sunblock instead of a chemical sunscreen like Avobenzone or Octinoxate. I've used some of the others that are physical sunblocks versus chemical and this one is the least greasy-feeling and longest lasting of the whole lot. Alba Botanica smells good and feel kinda nice but slips right off with the slightest sweat or a quick dip in the water leaving streaky splotches. Origins all organic sunblock was the greasiest of all, and I could hardly cross one leg over the other without it slipping. I've tried them all and Kiss My Face definitely has the best titanium dioxide-only sunblock. The best part is being able to see the small white granules on your skin diminish and then know when you have to reapply.

Really love this product! Did not give it 5 stars just because i haven't tried any other "natural" sunscreens. The lotion has VERY minimal odor, absorbs into the skin quickly, and is not greasy at all.

This sunblock sinks into my skin just fine in a normal amount of time. The smell is quite mild, really, compared to a LOT of sunscreens. It doesn't have that super strong sunscreen smell that is mostly covered up by chemical fragrances these days. This stuff is a little thick, so I don't use moisturizer with it, otherwise I break out. Otherwise, a perfectly acceptable product. It is, however, a chemical sunscreen by definition. It is not a physical block (as in titanium dioxide and zinc oxide).

People don't realize sunblock is one of the anti aging products to help prevent many harmful things out. I love this, it's so good on my skin, and doesn't stain all of my clothes!!

The smell is really bad.

Using a natural product is different. I agree. But why did you choose it? I chose it due to NOT wanting those other chemical - skin cancer causing products on my or my children's skin. It takes a bit to work with, but I feel it is worth it. However, the staining is not a good thing, so try another brand of natural sunscreen.
