Sun protection measures: Spending time in the sun increases your risk of skin cancer/skin aging. To decrease risk, regularly use sunscreen with broad spectrum SPF of 15 or higher and other sun protection measures including: Limit time in sun, especially from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.; wear long-sleeve shirts, pants, hats, and sunglasses; children under 6 months ask a doctor. Protect this product from excessive heat and direct sun.

I bought this because a friend uses it for her two children and she likes it better than California Baby, which is what I used. She says it smells better and rubs in better, which I agree. However, after rubbing it in my daughter gets what looks like water bubbles that seep out and it becomes watery. We used it at the beach and I don't believe that it is waterproof and did not protect like I had hoped. For the price, I was not impressed. The only thing I did like was the smell.

This is an effective sunblock; it works, smells natural and it is definitely waterproof. However, it takes a significantly longer time to apply than regular suntan lotions - not for people in a hurry. Rub and rub and your skin is still white, because it hasn't quite soaked in yet. I have to admit I prefer Coppertone brand (or store brand copies of Coppertone) lotions to this (and KMF is a fave brand for me) simply because of the time they take to apply.
Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply: After 40 minutes of swimming or sweating, immediately after towel drying, or at least every 2 hours.
