Comments about Walgreens Fexofenadine Hcl 60Mg Tablets, 12 ea:
60mg twice a day is equal to 180mg once a day because time-release formulations are metabolized differently. Some people will metabolize time-release formulations much more quickly than average, which explains why some of us cannot tolerate the once-a-day formula of fexofenadine, and yet the twice a day formula is perfect. I seem to be a fast metabolizer of time release formulations, so I often get what are essentially overdose reactions. But note: the 12-tablet packaging requires an exacto knife and a precise, steady hand to get the pills out.
Comments about Walgreens Fexofenadine Hcl 60Mg Tablets, 12 ea:
Note to the previous reviewer...This is clearly Not the 180 mg tablets. It is for use by either the elderly, the young, or the sensitive (like myself). The 180 mg tabs are too drying for me, leaving me thirsty and feeling like a raisin in the desert. I Love the lower dose. Always Read before you buy. Thanks!
Comments about Walgreens Fexofenadine Hcl 60Mg Tablets, 12 ea:
i stopped using the product. there is nothing good about this product. the "daily dose" for this product is 180 mg--the 12 hour tab provides 60 mg--so how does one manage the correct dosage? and why does Walgreen package the med this way? i bought the 12 hour dose because the daily dose would then have been less expensive than using the 24 hour tab--except, i then realized that the 12 hour tabs do not provide the correct daily dose. THIS IS SO RIDICULOUS THAT IT BOGGLES MY MIND!
