Being allergic to chocolate, I have been looking for an adequate replacement to use in preparing some foods and drinks. This product works wonderfully. I have put the powder into my coffee beans when making coffee as well as in the morning smoothies I make for our breakfast each morning. Quite tasty.

Excellent product. Bought to use instead of cocoa powder, trying to cut caffine intake. Plus, the value is tremendous. This is a 16oz container, quite a lot of product for the money so it will last a long time. Can use as a substitute for baking (I just did with carob-flavored bannana bread). Also for drinks! Carob late or hot-carob drink would be a good fit. Basically, anywhere cocoa powder was used, carob powder has taken over. Now, if drugstore.com would only carry carob chips I'd be all set with my baking needs! Please add to your wonderful list of avalible items!
