This is the best vacuum I have ever owned. The first time I vacuumed with it, I swore the vacuum had to be making dirt on its own as the cup was completely full. It is easy to use and also very easy to empty. I recommend this vacuum highly.

1. The Shark NV352 vacuum is assembled from peaces with locks, which feel pretty fragile. As a reviewer for [@] noticed, the vacuum looks like a toy.That was the 1-st alert sign.2. When you open the box, the big printed stop sign says, no return to the purchase place, contact company - 2-d alert sign.3. There is no real Euro-Pro company address, just contacts - 3-d alert sign.4. After all the above, made in China - 4-th alert sign.5. After all the above, search in internet gives reviews of buyers very unhappy with customer service - another alert sign.6. After all the above, I packed it back into the box (without even trying) and shipped back to the address in CA, provided by company web site (they promise there restocking fee and no refund for shipping either way, BTW).After a week passed since delivery to the CA site, still no info from company with confirmation of return or refund.
