I really like having a paleo snack that is prepackaged and good for on the go. I'd love to have this product be a little less tart, but I enjoy it as is.

I don't like a lot of the health bars...they are too sweet....but this one actually had a good flavor. I could taste the berries and the nuts.
I would have to eat several to give an accurate assessment...so I will have to buy a couple more because there are times when I need a snack that can travel in the car....not be messy....and fill the hunger hole quickly. This bar is fantastic!! I of course was super skeptical because Elizabeth Hasselbeck is the creator of these bars and she's not a chef or nutritionist. But they're just great...very good flavor, a vibrant berry taste, you can really taste the strawberries. Love the ingredients list, love the portion size, love everything about it!!!

for me typically the most important aspect of these bars is taste. despite what they might otherwise have to offer, if i can't manage the taste i won't bother. from that perspective, these really do taste like eating fresh berries. however, i think at [$] for a box, they aren't a good value(at least not for me since The Paleo Diet isn't consequential to my eating habits). I received a sample bar (Nuts about berries) in a goodie bag from Drugstore.com. I expected it to taste like plastic, as do most of the "food replacement bars" on the market. Not only does this not taste like plastic, but it is actually quite good! Given that it is a shelf stable snack food that I can toss in my purse or car and not worry about for weeks at a time, I plan on buying a box of them.
