The trimmer has a funny shaped head. My old trimmer needed to be replaced so I bought this one. The old one had a nice, round head which worked much better on nose hairs. This one takes a lot of passes although I haven't had any problem with pinching. It's ok and a decent value for the money but I would look for one with a round cutter head next time.

Like a previous reveiwer noted, what was sent to me was silver and not the black model pictured on the website. I contacted Drugstore and told them the device didn't even turn on. They chose to credit my account. I asked for a replacment instead and they ignored my request.

Beware! This is not the same black Conair as pictured. It is a different silver product which does not cut until you run it over same spot multiple times. Very poor product. Second time I tried to order black one, burned again, never again.

This trimmer was passable when first used, although it took a couple of passes to get things trimmed. After 6 months of use (intermittent use - I'm not that tonsorially endowed) it takes more than several passes and still with iffy results. Also, not to split hairs, but the cap that is supposed to cover the blades when not in use will not stay on the trimmer AT ALL and has had that problem since day one. Look elsewhere.
