Since taking Garden of Life my health has improved , my long distance eyesight has improved according to my eye doctor. My medical doctor suggested taking green vegetables by pill form because I don't like the real ones!!!!!!!!!!

I refuse to eat veggies. My Dr. recommended that I use veggie caps. I have tried other products from other companies and yours is the only one that works really well for me. I am very SATIFIED with this PRODUCT!!!!!!!!!!

I have loved every product from Garden of LIfe and this adds to the list. The ingredients make me feel good just READING them! I feel more energetic and just "healthier" overall after taking these for a month. I am hooked. it is easier than a powder in a shake and gives the same results (in my humble opinion).
Adults take 5 caplets 1 (or more) times per day with 8 ounces of water or juice. Start with 1-2 caplets daily and gradually work up to 5 caplets per day. May be taken with or without food. Not intended for children.
