Most toddlers and children do not eat enough omega-3. This product solves that problem for my son. I give him half a teaspoon every other day (with a meal) since he weaned off combo feeding. He doesn't drink milk from a cup so grassfed or omega-enriched milk don't work. I can give him omega-enriched eggs but he doesn't eat it everyday. My orders usually came with a long expiration date, never had any issue with Carlson.
