I have used a lot of barrier creams before and they were thick and greasy. I didn't like using them for those reasons. Until I found Medline Remedy Dimethicone Skin Protectant Moisturer Barrier. It's not greasy, smells great, goes on easy, and a little goes a long ways.

I was first introduced to this barrier cream while in the hospital after I shattered my arm. Once I started using it, I couldn't stop! it feels so luxurious and smooth. Excellent for massaging my scar tissue!
