I will try off-brands of many products, and am rarely loyal to any particular company or brand... I look for the best quality I can get at a low price. BUT... Q-tips always have to be real Q-tips in my house. I've tried various cheaper brands in the past and they're never as good. We use them daily to clean our ears and I like reading antimicrobial on the package... whatever that truly means. Other brands never seem to have enough cotton on the tips, or it feels synthetic, or the stick itself bends or breaks while you're using it, etc.

I really like the construction and sturdiness of these Q-tips. The micro fibers of the swab have a texture that has the best feel in my ears compared to many other brand/types. The thickness of the cotton and the amount of compactness is perfect. Also, the stick doesn't bend or break, yet is stiff enough and pliable enough to move as needed.
