I am writing to spare others from purchasing this product. I bought it because I can detect the smell and taste of the perfumes added to other dishwashing tabs (particularly on certain softer plastics). I was hoping that this would be a "natural" solution. It ended up leaving a chalky film on all of my dishes that was surprisingly difficult to remove. I had to rewash all of my dishes.

Save your money.

I never got a chance to use this product. I ordered it and all the packets came open and the package said not to use it if the packets were open. I contacted drugstore.com, who replaced the product. The 2nd shipment was torn open again. Either the product packaging is faulty, or drugstore.com's packaging is faulty. In any case, I tossed both shipments. I have shopped with drugstore.com for years and have never had this problem.

Finally an automatic dishwasher detergent that doesn't leave a scent or flavor on clean dishes or baby bottles. I bought this hoping it would be safe enough to clean the baby's things but was pleasantly surprised that it was strong enough to do all the dishes.
I love that it contains coconut oil and other natural/healthy ingredients. I don't think I'll ever go back to conventional detergent. I just wish it were a little bit cheaper or a larger amount.
