This is one of the safest ways for a sitz bath, if you have trouble getting in and out of the tub, as I do. It's good relief to help healing. Plus you done waste water. As with any product like this, it takes a little trial and error, but it does fit securely in our standard toilet. This product was very disappointing. Now, I am a small person and it was very uncomfortable for me to sit in this sitz bath! The water did not drain into the toilet as designed; it dripped over my legs and onto the bathroom floor until the floor was soaked. Overall it was a very uncomfortable and messy experience! I just ended up taking a bath!
