I started using PowerBar Performance Energy Bars back in the 80's as sports nutrition. I now use them primarily as a quick lunch at my desk, or if I happen to be driving around at lunch time. A lot cheaper than going out to lunch or grabbing fast food on the run! They are easy to carry around and they are mess-free. I buy different flavors for variety.

I use this product during golf tournaments. It is great to stick in your bag for quick use for energy or hunger. They have many flavors. I like the chocolate/peanut butter flavor best. They are not messy either which I like. A very good product and I buy them by the box. Of course they are not candy bars, they are nutritional bars but they still taste pretty good.

My teenage son eats these after his intense martial arts workouts, since that's a good time for a boost of protein and carbs. They taste good, or he wouldn't eat them.
Suggested Use: Eat 30 - 45 min. Before activity with 8 - 16 oz water or other fluid to aid absorption of nutrients and maintain hydration.
