These energy bars never disappoint. I mainly eat them when walking long distances & feel low on energy & within 10 minutes, I feel more energized & can keep going. I've tried others & like the Oatmeal Raisin PowerBar High Performance the best.

For years I've been eating Oatmeal Raisin Powerbars first thing in the morning with a cup of tea before my workouts. Even when I'm not working out I'll have a Powerbar and tea and it gets me going; it's the only way to start my day.
