I was hoping to see less bloating in my midsection. I started lifting weights so I didn't expect to see a drop in weight. I feel like I have more gas not less.

I was losing weight steadily on my own for weeks but thought I'd try this. It did absolutely nothing but give me occasional gas and even worse it made me gain 3 lbs. What a scam! If I could give it no stars, I would. Try the Hollywood Diet (which I have used before and it works) for a real cleanse. It's a juice diet but it works.
Directions for use: Take 2 MetaCaps of the Detox & Cleanse component with a full glass of water twice per day, in the morning and early evening, for 7 days. Do not exceed 4 MetaCaps per day. Following the 7-day detox / cleanse period, take 1 Probiotic MetaCap per day with a full glass of water for 7 days. This may be repeated every 3 to 4 months as desired. Individual results may vary. Use in conjunction with any sensible diet and exercise program. Store at controlled room temperature: 15° – 30°C / 59° – 86°F.
