I purchased this shade along with Endless Pearl (highlight), Amber Rush (nice neutral shade), and Bronzed Taupe (dark and smokey). The Bottomless Java is very, VERY dark! I am rather conservative so I use it sparingly along the lash line, like a smudgy eyeliner. But if you are more adventurous than I am, you will be pleased with this bold color, which also has a slight shimmer.

This is a dark coffee brown with gold sparkles. I use this as an eyeliner. This wears well til I wash it off.
