I have tried 4 different brands in the past year and this is the only one that I consistently lost 5 lbs a month without dieting. I also noticed it normalized my slightly elevated blood pressure. I trust this brand to be pure and reliable because of my experience trying it for 4 months. I recently tried a cheaper brand that was combined with raspberry ketones and it did NOTHING, i.e. I gained a few pounds, and my blood pressure remained elevated. So, I am back to this one! The healthy effects of it is a stress reliever for me.
As a side note, I noticed this brand also resolved constipation caused by my fluctuating thyroid levels. You can't go wrong with this brand!

Heard on Dr. Oz about this helping to lose belly fat. I take one a day before lunch and it does decrease your appetite. This is only my first purchase and I haven't been on it that long but so far so good. No hyper feeling even though it does contain about the equivalent to 1/2 cup of coffee.
