The head size makes it easy to cover the area. My grand daughter is 5 and uses the bright pink. I'm ordering 2 more that's how good they are. Over priced tho.

The tongue scraper I always used is no longer being sold, so I tried others but they didn't work as well. I saw these advertised in a magazine and decided to try them and they work great. The "head" is a brush and it really cleans the tongue very well.

Moisten your tongue. Gently brush several times with your Orabrush. Reach the scraper towards the back of your tongue and remove the residue generated from brushing. Do not press too firmly, you may damage tongue tissue. Replace every 3-4 months when you replace your toothbrush.
