If you are an emotional eater than this product is for you. It is the best appetite suppressant in the market with out side effect or the jitters. I use it as a daily supplement. It is not a weight loss product, it helps you lose weight by curving your appetite. Also it is not very effective as an energy pill, which explains why it does not make one jittery. This product was recommended to me by a nutritionist. It has helped me deal with my food anxiety and it has definitely helped me with the weight loss.
