It has the same ingredients as Postum but they don't add any sugar. That makes it even better for me because I like to add a teaspoon of pure Maple Syrup to mine. I find it rich, full bodied and very satisfing. Comments about Pero Instant Natural Beverage, 7 oz: This was mainly a gift. My mother has strict orders from her doctor not to drink coffee so I was told that this stuff is a good alternative. The only place that sells this stuff around here is at the local [@], but they never have it. When I saw it online I couldn't resist and bought three can of the stuff.
