After having infected lymph nodes from using a clinical strength anti-presperant, I had had it. I tried Tom's of Maine natural deodorant- but my pits became sticky and I smelled like Sage plus sweat. The Crystal stick, on the other hand is not mean to cover anything up. It does exactly what it says - prevents odor from ever starting. My underarms were still moist after a hot day, but they never had any stink! My only con is that you should be careful when putting this on just after shaving or a shower. If your pores are still open, it stings really bad like pouring salt on a wound! Such great stuff, it's worth that mistake every once in a while =)

This is not comparable to a deodorant and antiperspirant with aluminum but for health reasons and economics I think this product is great and I would buy again. When summer comes around I may look for another "green" deodorant with a fragrance but I am hoping this will work as well in the summer as it has been this winter.

Thought I'd try getting the aluminum out of my system that you get with most anti-persperants, so I tried it. Keep the stone clean, use it when YOU are clean, and it keeps the odor from starting. 99% effective!

I was surprised at how well this worked. I apply right out of the shower while my skin is still damp. I was using twice a day, but now once a day is fine. I am not a heavy sweater, but I do get smelly. This is great because it prevents odor and is odor free itself. I do admit I have never sniffed under my arms so much to make sure something is working. I will definitely use this product and buy again when it is gone. Doesn't ruin razors either while shaving.

I have heard for years that this is a great product but I just could not believe it would work. I live in the caribbean and travel between 3 islands meeting with clients so I need a deodorant that works so that I do not chase away my business.I love this product and I can feel good about using it on my body.

I bought this several years ago for my daughters because I wanted a natural product. It does an amazing job on odor control--completely prevents odor! It is ONLY a deodorant, though, it does NOT prevent persiration. I also use it and apply it right after a shower since my skin is damp and I don't have to wet the stick.
