I take this when I have eaten something I know is going to cause issues. A couple tablets at night and I know in the morning I will be a lb. or 2 down! It is all natural and does not cause major discomfort like synthetic OTC garbage.

I've been using this product for 10 years and recommend it to anyone. You can adjust the dosage as needed by splitting the tablet in half or in quarters. I do find that, by the time I get to the end of the bottle, I need to increase the dosage slightly.
