Based on others' experiences, I hoped this would alleviate some of my scalp problems. I've only used it a couple of times; and while it hasn't made my situation a lot worse, it hasn't helped either. I've gotten better results with cheaper shampoos.

Am still at the point I can't say the "best" product ever; but after a couple of washes I definitely do notice improvement in my overall hair appearance.
I have very heavy, coarse hair and tends to get oily looking. This product not only cleanses well; but doesn't seem to have a drying affect on my hair. Finally found a product that stops that "fly away" look. For the most part, I love the Giovanni line of products. Would definitely recommend to a friend

I have natural kinky hair that needs a lot of moisture and this along with the Chinese Botanicals Conditoner really made my hair soft and manageable. The shampoo is a clear brown color and smells like mint. It also has a cooling and tingling effect to the scalp. Have been using for several months and will keep on buying.
