Typically I use Aveda products for my hair, but its very pricey. Giovanni is the only other brand I use that is as good as Aveda and better in some cases. This Chinese Botanical formula cuts through the tangles in my hair and lets me comb through in the shower and my hair is silky and tangle free.

I was very disappointed in this conditioner. The smell is akin to coal tar shampoo, which I could tolerate if the results of use were better. I hesitate to say this, as others have gotten better results, but it did not improve my scalp or hair, which, of course, is what I was hoping for.

Use after Chinese Botanical Shampoo. Made my kinky natural hair very soft and moisturized. Smells like mint and is tingly to the scalp. The light brown color is a little off putting but it is very thick and creamy. I leave on for about 5 minutes after washing my hair 2-3 times and then wash out with lukewarm water.
