It cleanses well. I am not especially greasy but it does the job despite it is non-foaming. It is gentle and generally do not leave my dry skin area too dry. Of course follow up with moisturizing. It is quite affordable and it is as good as some other more expensive cream cleanser I used.

I have skin prone to breakouts, even at my advanced age. It's also dry--sometimes--but the Intense Hydration products balance its need for moisture with its need for complete cleansing. And the wonderful smell: it's therapeutic in itself!

I use the Sensitive Skin series for summer, just to be less moisturized--My summers are usually humid, and I don't sunbathe.

When I was under acne medication, my skin was extremely parched. It was very dry with skin peeling and feeling bumpy and rough all over, which also caused my skin to over-produce oil.. I needed a daily cleanser that was gentle while providing moisture. This cleanser is seriously amazing when it comes to cleansing while giving my skin much needed moisture. I use it every morning and I love the way my skin feels after using this. It makes my skin ridiculously soft and supple. No more peeling and no more bumpy texture! Not only that, but this cleanser does not clog my pores and does not cause any negative skin reactions. I find the smell also very pleasing.. kind of reminded me of Lifesaver's candy.. Anyway, this is definitely something I will continue to repurchase!

Love the way it feels and the how clean it feels.
But it has a perfume in it and I am sensitive to it so it makes me break out.

Wow! Saw this product mentioned in a 'best' list and read the previous 5 star reviews. Figured it must be great. Can't believe nobody mentioned the smell. I like botanicals, and 'clary sage' sounded fine. But this is a VERY strong and not natural fragrance. Have used this product a little. Works fine, but I think I will pitch it because of the yukky smell.

I have been using Burt's Bees Orange Essence facial cleanser for about 6 months and just purchased the new Intense Hydration Cream Cleanser. I love it! It is great for dry or sensitive skin. If you tend to have oily skin, I would stick with the Orange Essence. I have 50 something skin and use a retinol product that dries out my skin, so this gentle product is perfect. It has a nice subtle fragrance and leaves my face feeling clean, but not too dry. Kudos to Burt's Bees!!!

As a BzzAgent, I was given full size samples to try this product line. I thought my facial care system was fine, but I hadn't realized how much my skin really needed the moisture in these products have until I tried them! My skin felt clean, soft and well hydrated. In fact, my skin has really improved over the last five months I have been using Intense Hydration. My pores look smaller, and facial lines are greatly reduced. People are telling me that I don't look old enough to have 11 yo grandsons! They have a relaxing, gentle and nice smell too; I would call it aromatherapeutic.

I am a #Bzzagent and recently recieved this wonderful line of products and #gotitfree and have noticed significant improvement in the softness of my face! I love the cream cleanser but don't like that I have to use two facial cleansers to remove all the makeup on my face as it does not remove eye makeup :( I tried it anyways on my eyes to remove my mascara but it didnt take it all off. I cont. to use my regular facial cleanser after I use this one because this has made my face so soft!! Its my first time using a cream cleanser & now that I'm approaching 40yrs, it might not be a bad idea to start regularly using it ;) I have combo skin & it doesnt irritate my skin at all. It does the oppisite, it softens, soothes and hydrates :) I highly recommend this product and I also love the Day Cream from this line! Its fantastic:))))
