This is a cool-tasting mouthwash without that traditional Listerine medicine-y taste. The size of the bottle is huge and a good value for the price. It will last forever.
I like to use this every night before bed and after brushing my teeth in the a.m. I feel it's one extra thing I can do to ensure fresh breath and clean teeth.

I liked the taste of the cool mint, however right when I started swishing it around my mouth it made my mouth feel very dry and then burned a bit. I guess you know it's working with the burn, but I would prefer it be a little less harsh. My teeth felt REALLY clean afterwards and I had a very fresh breath. All in all it did it's job, but was just a little strong.
Rinse full strength for 30 seconds with 20 ml (2/3 fluid ounce or 4 teaspoonfuls) morning and night. Do not swallow. Store at room temperature. Cold weather may temporarily cloud this product. Its antiseptic properties are not affected.
