This mouthwash helped heal my red inflamed gums more than a prescription strength mouthwash I got from my dentist. It does leave an after taste for a little while. It leaves my mouth feeling clean for a few hours after rinsing.
This is NOT the old listerine. Make sure you don't buy this version, the taste it left in my mouth made me sick. I have been a listerine fan for years and thought it was just a packaging update - but it's something to the formula. I'm sticking with the original.
Rinse full strength for 30 seconds with 20 ml (2/3 fluid ounce or 4 teaspoonfuls) morning and night. Do not swallow. Store at room temperature. Cold weather may temporarily cloud this product. Its antiseptic properties are not affected.
